"What I got out of being a part of this company has been so much more than that. I fell into a career that’s fulfilling, coworkers who feel like family, and a customer base that could not be more joyed to have solutions for their needs. It’s no surprise that we’ve been voted Best Places to Work. Knowing what I know now, I’d still be excited to accept that job offer 7 years later.”

"ComSource has a clear vision culture," said Jasmine Lang, Senior Staff Accountant. "The beliefs, values, purpose, and mission are never changing. This allows everyone our organization to understand the direction and the goals of the company, which in turn helps us to make decisions that align with the overall vision. The strategies might change, but the vision does not. This strong vision culture helps attract and retain top talent, which can lead to long-term success and sustainability for ComSource. It’s a way of life within the company. The leadership team embodies the vision culture and inspires everyone to do the same. This creates the positive and supportive work environment where employees have a sense of purpose, growth, and well-being, making it a truly exceptional place to work."
